This past year we had the privilege of hiring James Smolka and Total Entertainment to be the Master of
Ceremonies (MC) and Disc Jockey (DJ) at LEA Consulting’s 2013 Christmas Party. This was the first
time, James worked for us as a MC/DJ and he was fantastic.
My colleagues described him as focused, and a delight to deal with. He complimented music requests with
a variety of music and involved an audience of various ages. From young professionals in their late 20’s to
senior management in their early 60’s, everyone had a great time.
He was very pleasant to work with. He was accommodating and presented a variety of ideas for event

James Smolka from Total Entertainment hits it out of the park every time. James is knowledgeable in all genres of music and is always willing to help make your event more spectacular. His infectious positive attitude and his approachable demeanor allows the guests to participate in the evening. Do not be afraid to ask James to do things that other DJ's would not consider. He has hosted game shows, emceed evenings and is the only DJ I would hire when it comes to integrating the dance portion of the event into a particular theme including costuming and interactive activities.

We have used James talents for high end Wedding’s, Corporate and Social events. James can be trusted with your clients and is easy to work with.
James can read your crowd, let him know what you want to achieve and he will get there, A word of warning make sure you are prepared go to the end of the night. as once the crowds a rockin’ there’s a no one a stoppin’. In my experience when James is the DJ events finish in a “one more song” plea not in a cry for silence.

Thank you so much for making our “Disco Evening” such a tremendous success and the “talk of the industry”! All who attended the Ensemble Executive Retreat raved and raved about the Disco night. The attendees work so hard in the business sessions during the day, it was good to be able to “let their hair down” and really let loose.
